We are delighted to welcome Stan Kirsch to his first ever Highlander WorldWide event.

Though he has been acting since the age of four (he made his professional debut in a commercial for Campbell’s soup), fans of Highlander: The Series will know him best as one of the most pivotal regular characters in the show: Richie Ryan, the young street-kid that Duncan takes into his home in the first episode of the series. But there’s more to that decision than meets the eye and under tragic circumstances we see that Richie has much to learn about the ways of immortality and survival.

Away from the show, Stan has found continued success, appearing in series such as Friends, JAG and Family Law, in films such as Shallow Ground and Deep Rescue and providing his vocal talents to the animated show Invincible.

In 2004 he served as actor, writer and director on Straight Eye: The Movie.

Stan has also remained active in passing on the skills he has learned and provides training and advice for upcoming actors through his studio (see more at stankirsch.com). Offering a new perspective about key episodes of the show, we're glad Stan has accepted our invitation to join us for the weekend.
