Please read the following information before proceeding

To register for the HLWW9 convention go to the form below and

1. Fill in your name, address and other details requested at the top of the form.
2. Indicate which registration option you would like.
3. Indicate your method of payment.
4. Indicate your acceptance of the Convention agreement.
5. Hit "SUBMIT"
   

After you have submitted your registration you should receive an email acknowledgement within 48 hours. If you do not contact Judes at judes@hlww9.com

NB: there will be a 190 attendee limit and attendees will have allocated seating.
 

Want to sit with a friend or friends?

If you want to be allocated seating with a friend or group of friends then register using the form below but at some stage (preferably just before you register) CLICK HERE to e-mail Judes and let her know the details.

To secure your group seating allocation, registration and payment for all group members must be received within 48 hours of the first member registering.

COST
 

* All places for the Guest Meet and Greet have now been sold. We do however have a waiting list. If you wish to be added to this please CLICK HERE to e-mail Judes.

PAYMENT

Once you have registered a page will be displayed for you to make your payment and you will be offered the following options:

• PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD - Payment by credit card can be made using Paypal and you do not need a PayPal account to do this.

• PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
  NB: paying by this method will incur a $10 surcharge and this should be added to your $250 registration payment as a one off charge.

• PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

There are are no concession / discount tickets for attendees.

I will provide my real name. I have read and understood the Convention Rules & Convention FAQ and agree to abide by videoing rules. I understand that I can transfer my membership to someone else. In doing so, I will notify Highlander WorldWide of the change and understand that the individual must undertake to be bound by the same agreement(s) that applies to all other attendees. I hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Convention organizers, staff guests and volunteers from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this event. I understand Highlander Worldwide reserves the right to refuse attendance to any person where deemed necessary.
